2. How to report a tool or browser issue effectively
To help reproduce and resolve an issue quickly without sharing private data, please include:
- Tool name or URL: For example,
/freelance-rate-calculator.html,/length-converter.html, or/split-pdf.html. - Device & browser: Such as Chrome on Android, Safari on iPhone, or Firefox/Edge on Windows or macOS.
- Sample non-sensitive test input: The numbers, unit or currency option, or page-range pattern that triggered the issue, along with the result you expected.
3. Do not send confidential files or personal financial records
Toolvantas utilities run locally in your browser so you do not have to upload sensitive documents to use a tool. When emailing toolvantas1@gmail.com, please do not attach confidential PDFs, client contracts, tax identifiers, passwords, or private financial statements. If a PDF utility fails on a specific document, describe the file size, page count, and whether the file uses password encryption instead.
